How long does Make keep my scenario history?
Make keeps detailed execution logs for 7 days on the Free plan, 30 days on Core, Pro and Teams, and 60 days on Enterprise; after that a run's details are gone. Keep a copy from each scenario's History tab: open the ⋯ menu at the top right and choose Export to CSV. agentreceipt reads that file on your computer.
Changed recently: Make's audit logs (Enterprise, kept 12 months) became readable by AI agents over MCP on 6 Oct 2026.[4]
Where your Make history lives
- Every run of a scenario is in that scenario's History tab.[2]
- Each run shows its credits, Make's billing unit since 27 Aug 2025, when credits replaced operations one for one.[5]
- Organization and team changes (who edited what) are in the audit log, on Enterprise.[3]
How long it lasts
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Execution logs, Free | 7 days[1] |
| Execution logs, Core, Pro and Teams | 30 days[1] |
| Execution logs, Enterprise | 60 days[1] |
| Audit logs (Enterprise) | 12 months[3] |
How to keep a copy
- Open the scenario and its History tab.[2]
- Open the ⋯ menu at the top right and choose Export to CSV: status, time, author, operations, duration and a link per run.[2]
- Do it for each scenario, within its plan's window.[1]
- Or fetch a scenario's runs as JSON from Make's API: GET /scenarios/{scenarioId}/logs.[6]
Read the exported file locally: runs, failures and credits or operations:
$ npx --allow-git=root github:agentwares/agentreceipt make-history.csv
agentreceipt reads the History CSV, or the JSON of Make's API run logs: each run's time and status, and credits or operations (Make bills credits, which replaced operations one for one on 27 Aug 2025). The export lists runs, not what each module sent or deleted, so those read "not recorded". Make does not document the CSV's column names, so agentreceipt matches them by name.
npx --allow-git=root github:agentwares/agentreceipt reads Claude Cowork's audit.jsonl files, Claude Code and Codex session logs, and any Zapier, Make or n8n export you name, on your computer, and prints the week by folder or project: sends, writes, deletes, approvals, failures, tokens and cost. A field a log does not hold reads "not recorded". No account, no network request, no LLM; it sends nothing. --pdf receipt.pdf writes a local, unsigned copy. Free and MIT licensed.
Keep a signed record that survives a downgrade or a shutdown — Solo $19/mo, Team $99/mo, or $29 once at a shutdown.
Not built yet. It would keep a copy of what your agents did outside the vendor, signed so a client or a boss can check it was not edited, and still there after a plan ends or a vendor closes: names, times and counts, never the text of your messages or files. If you would pay for it, say so with one click. The click is counted; nothing else is sent or stored.

Each vendor's own pages, read on 9 Oct 2026. Vendors change these; the date each says it was updated is shown where it shows one.
