Who we are

agentcheck is operated by agentwares. It monitors endpoints, agents and MCP servers that you own or are authorised to test, and reports what it finds.

Automated clients are welcome

You may create and operate an account programmatically, and you may use this service from an autonomous agent. API keys may be held and used by software acting on your behalf. We do not require a human to be present for any API or MCP call. You remain responsible for what your agents do with your account, including what they spend.

What you may monitor

Only targets you own or have permission to test. Do not point agentcheck at third-party systems as a way of load-testing or probing them. We may suspend an account that does.

What we do not promise

We are a monitor, not a guarantee. A passing check does not mean your agent is correct, safe or compliant, and a missed failure is not a warranty claim. Checks depend on third-party model providers and networks that we do not control. The service is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

Your data

Transcripts, traces and results belong to you. We store them to run the product and delete them on the retention schedule of your plan, or sooner on request. See the privacy note.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. See refunds.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will say so by email before the change takes effect. Machine-readable pricing is always at /pricing.json.
