For the engineering lead or founder who pays for the team's Claude Code and Codex seats and wants to know what they buy. You pay by card on Stripe's checkout page and manage or cancel it in Stripe's customer portal; the local CLI stays free and open source for every developer.

A developer is an active push key on the team, yours included. Past the cap, a new developer's join or push is refused with the reason and the fix, never dropped silently; revoking a key frees its seat. Older history than the plan keeps is deleted.
